Our daughter Emily was diagnosed at age 1 1/2 with Chromosome 17q21.31 Microdeletion Syndrome & we thought there might be other families out there
wondering what this is all about. Although we don't have all the answers - we can share Emily's Journey - in hopes that others will gain some knowledge from
